Czop/Specter’s approach to land development and site design is one of balance between economics and innovation. We realize the need for our clients to achieve economic viability of their projects. Knowing this our team endeavors to create designs which are environmentally, socially and economically beneficial to the client and the community. Our design have been awarded the HBA Pinnacle Award and the Pennsylvania Governor's Award for Environmental Excellence as well as having been written up in print.
Sustainable development is one way in which we are working towards these goals. By doing this Czop/Specter meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. One factor which must be overcome when creating sustainable developments is environmental degradation, but we must do so while not forgoing the needs of economic development.
