Czop/Specter is a leader in recreational facilities planning, design and implementation. We have successfully completed numerous projects encompassing a wide range of budgetary, environmental and regulatory constraints for both public and private clients. Many of our projects use public input and participation to put together a program that enhances the existing community.
Czop/Specter approaches every project with a unique and individual perspective. We understand that no two communities and areas are alike and that each has different needs. Accessibility is one factor that has become an ever increasing concern for community and regional recreation systems. We have experienced staff that are familiar with national and state regulations to implement projects that are useable for all.
Another area we work with is funding. This can be a daunting task for entities not experienced in this field. There are numerous venues to approach but are not always in plain sight. Czop/Specter has experience with finding possible funding options for recreation and redevelopment projects. These may be Federal, State and/or Institutional funding programs. Our services may be as small as locating possible sources to full scale applications and research.
